Sharing the love

TASH

This 8 week yoga class was just what I needed post partum. As someone who is experienced in yoga practice it was nice to be able to continue that practice with my baby whilst also being able to share space with other mums and  feel a sense of connectedness during a time that we often spend a lot of time at home alone. My yoga facilitator was lovely and made me feel welcome and nurtured. I’d love to attend again and would recommend to other mums.

I feel accomplished that I’ve made time to move my body. I try to remember little things we’ve learnt, like listening for the furthest thing we can hear, or complimenting someone we don’t know - and try to practice these things throughout the weeks. Physically, my body feels less stuck, and I feel stronger.

Mums and bubs yoga was a highlight of our week; so nice to have some time dedicated to re-centring and refreshing myself to be there for my bubs for the rest of the week
