Begin by bringing your awareness to your breath. Feel its gentle rhythm as it flows in and out. As you take three deep breaths, allow each exhale to carry away tension, and each inhale to fill you with peace.


Now, bring to mind something or someone you feel grateful for this holiday season. It might be a person, a place, a memory, or even a small act of kindness you’ve experienced. Let this gratitude settle in your heart, warming and grounding you.


Pause for a moment of silence.


Feel the energy of this gratitude expand within you. Imagine it as a glowing light in your chest, spreading outward with each breath. This is the gift of appreciation, both for what you have given and what you have received this year.

Shifting your focus now to the idea of giving. Think of the ways you share yourself during this season—your time, energy, love, or even physical gifts. Acknowledge the effort and thoughtfulness you put into these acts of giving. They are meaningful and come from your heart.
